The poem "Flying Crooked", by Robert Graves, was first published by William Heinemann in London, 1931.
It is a small piece in one of Graves' poem collections, fittingly entitled, "Poems 1926-1930". "Flying Crooked" features the Cabbage White Butterfly and links the plight of man and insect, as will soon be discovered.
